Common questions
- Why is there a 3-course limit on monthly?
- It is a limit on how many run at once, not how many you get. Monthly members work on up to 3 courses at a time, and finishing or dropping one opens that spot straight back up — there is no cap on how many courses you get through. Yearly members have already committed to the full year, so they have no limit at all.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Membership courses lock at the end of your billing period, but your progress is saved — resubscribing picks up exactly where you left off. Any course you bought outright stays yours permanently.
- Does a course I paid for count toward the limit?
- No. A course bought for $200 is yours outright, is always accessible, and never uses one of the 3 course spots.
- Can I put more than one child on the account?
- Yes. One login covers the whole family at no extra cost, and each player gets their own details and their own conversation with DST staff.
